How do i cature video and gamechat audion on an xboxseries x and macbook?

Hi - I'm hoping someone can help. I'm trying to set up a capture card on my Xbox Series X to capture video and gamechat audio. I have a Macbook Pro Apple M1 to record onto. I also have a wireless headset which seems to make things more complicated (ie the mic doesn't work when wired into the controller). Can anyone recommend the best way to get the ability to capture set up?

They have solutions designed to do just want you need. It comes down to resolution, whether HD is ok or if you need 4k.
