Which Coffee Brewing Method, Do You Prefer?

My Three favorites are Cold Brewing, Pour Over Brewing, and using my French Press. I recently bought a Moka pot. I enjoy using that too, a little more time consuming than the other ways of brewing.

I use all of those, plus I have a Nespresso machine. I like the flavor of cold brew the best, and I also like the convenience of the machine. The Vietnamese Moka pot is a pain in the neck and I think the results are not worth the time.
