It's an interesting question. I had no investment in Happs personally, but there are quite a few people who bought coins and awarded them to broadcasters who never got them. The way the transition was handled seemed improper, where some were grandfathered in and not required to meet their follower requirement in order to live stream (originally a staggering 10,000 followers, later modified to 1,000) and they have lost the ability to live stream even though they brought their followers over to Happs where they potentially have spent money buying coins. Of course, it would be for the courts to determine and I'm not making any accusations myself, but I have heard the term "fraud" being mentioned in connection with the new Happs.
What do you think?
