One year ago, periscope ended; Heckle was born

I already am celebrating my best memories of Periscope on Heckle by not being able to broadcast on Heckle due to it being iOS only. I can think of nothing more "Periscope" than that! In keeping with the Periscope tradition all he has to do is release a whole bunch of cool features that are only available for the iPhone. That would make everybody feel right at home, lol.
