That mention of incidental music is very interesting, because the YouTube algorithm does not allow for that. Those publishers are relentless. If you have two seconds of music that appear in a video as you're walking past somebody's house, you get hit. I highly doubt that Heckle is going to stand up to the publishers over that issue. But if they did, I would give them the highest commendation! It is also interesting to note that the US FCC recognizes incidental music too.
