Chat Fadeout

In our Streaming Tech LINE group, we have requested that @Jake Song and his team consider adding a fadeout feature to the chat displayed on the stream when the comments are burned. PRISM has a native chat burn feature that I like and use, but, the chat stays on the stream, permanently. What we need is a timeout, where after a user-defined period of time, the chat fades out and the field goes back to being clear. Jake informed our LINE group that after discussions with the team they realize the importance of this feature and have agreed to push out a change to the chat widget, that being an easier and more elegant solution to the issue (and we agree with that assessment).

The cool thing about PRISM mobile versions is that no matter whether the chat is visible on the stream, it is always visible to the streamer and even moderation tools are available to the streamer, independently from the chat visibility. That means if the chat is not shown to the viewers on the stream, the streamer can still see the chat and take appropriate actions if desired.

We are looking forward to the change to the chat widget as this will make the chat experience more enjoyable and also more in line with traditional platforms that display chat on the stream.
