Just wondering if this was possible on Prism.

I have a primary machine that I use for streaming, but I'd like to be able to capture audio/video from a second device, connected via a capture card.

Any valid video source can be used in PRISM PC. There is also a feature on PRISM Live Studio mobile to connect to the PC as a remote camera. You active PRISM mobile and then select the Connect tab and follow the instructions. You can have a "roaming camera" type feed for the PC from the mobile phone.
