The issue is monitoring so I searched for a good monitor. The on-camera flippy screen is too small and the cables that have to connect to the rig mean the screen cannot be flipped up. I leave theh flippy screen open and have the cooling fan installed so I use an external monitor. The OSEE G7 Pro also can control the camera. The touch screen can be used to set auto-focus and exposure and also other camera parameters (depending on the model). The G7 Pro supports LUTs and anamorphic and other modes of magnification. Notice the anamorphic cine aspect ratio on the monitor screen below. The brightness is a staggering 3,000 NITs so daylight is no problem!
If you need a video monitor with pro features like user-installed LUTs, camera control, histogram, focus peaking, anamorphic ration, etc., check out the OSEE G7 Pro.
